Safesport Training - Once training has been completed according to the detailed instructions below, return to this screen to upload a screenshot showing the completed training. 

SafeSport Training Requirements

• Adult Rowers: Unless you are a volunteer or coach regularly interacting with our youth athletes, you are exempt. Proceed with the remainder of your registration. 
• Returning Youth Rowers: If you've completed this training previously and you will NOT turn 18 during the season, then you are set! Your current status is valid until you turn 18 years old.  Proceed with the remainder of registration. 
• NEW Youth Rowers 17 and younger: A brief online SafeSport training is mandatory for all youth athletes, volunteers, and coaches. This training is a "one and done" until the rower turns 18 years old. To begin this course, you must first sign into your USRowing account, or it will not report it as having been completed. 
  
  • Scroll down and click on the SafeSport tab on the lower left side of the screen. That will take you to your required SafeSport education.  
    
  • Click on the "Additional Training" tab 
    - find and click on "SafeSport for Youth Athletes" course.  
    - Complete this short course. 
    - You can view completed courses by clicking on the "Completed Courses" tab. Screenshot the completion screen and upload using the link on this page, and checkout $0. It will time and date stamp your form submission. 
• ANY YOUTH rower 18+ years old or WILL TURN 18 this season: To begin the course, sign into your USRowing account (you MUST complete this from inside your US Rowing Membership account or it will not report in your profile)
  • You must take the 90 minute "Safesport Trained - NGB1" course. 
  • Scroll down and click on the SafeSport tab on the lower left side of the screen. That will take you to your required SafeSport education. 
  • Click on the "Enrolled Courses" tab to find that course.  If it isn't listed there, you can also find the course by clicking on the "Additional Training" tab
  • You can view completed courses by clicking on the "Completed Courses" tab. Screenshot the completion screen and upload using the link on this page, and checkout $0. It will time and date stamp your form submission.
